What is Melamine?
Melamine is a molding compound which is commonly used to make Tableware products. In many ways they are similar to Plastic in that they are unbreakable, lightweight, and easy to handle. However, they look and feel more like Porcelain, which makes them the ideal choice for daily household use.
Where Are Your Products Made?
Our products are designed and manufactured in Sri Lanka according to International standards. And because we control the entire process from manufacturing to distribution, we are able to keep our quality consistent, and our prices low.
Is Melamine Safe for Kids?
All our products are Certified Food-Safe by the Industrial Technology Institute (ITI) in Sri Lanka. Our products are also completely free of the harmful chemical Bisphenol-A (BPA), making them safe not only for Kids but also for Toddlers and Infants.
How Long Can I Use Your Products?
Our products are designed and manufactured with daily-use in mind, so we make them extremely durable. As a result, our products will last for many years, even under repeated and consistent use.
Can I Eat Hot Food Off Your Products?
While you can certainly use our products to eat hot foods, In order to preserve the long life of our products, we recommend that you do not put hot food directly from the stove, oven, pan etc. on to our products, especially if they contain hot cooking oil.
Can I Use Your Products In the Microwave?
All of our products are Microwave-heatable for up to 2 minutes (or more depending on the quantity of food its carrying). However, our products are not suitable for cooking in the microwave or oven.
Can I Wash Your Products in a Dishwasher?
Our products are safe to use with any domestic Dishwasher. However, they are not recommended for Industrial-use Dishwashers due to the harsh chemicals they use or the very high temperatures in which they operate.
Can I Store Your Products in the Freezer?
While we don’t recommend freezing our products for extended periods of time, you can certainly use them to store something in the freezer for a few hours or even overnight.
I Don’t Live in Sri Lanka. Can I Still Order Your Products?
We offer International Shipping through DHL. You can view our International shipping rates before making payment once you enter your delivery address and select your Country on the check-out page.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Generally, we will deliver all orders within 3 to 5 working days. For International deliveries, please allow 5 to 7 working days. These times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances. If you wish to check the status of your order, please call us on +94 773 951 465 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as soon as possible with an update.
Can I Cancel an Order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please call us immediately on +94 773 951 465 with your order number or send us an email to email@example.com. We can cancel your order if we haven’t dispatched it at the time of receiving your request, and refund the amount. If the item has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can exchange it for store credit at any of our showrooms. We cannot process cash refunds after an item has shipped.
Can I Exchange a Product?
You can exchange any of our products for whatever reason within 30 days of purchase at any of our showrooms and receive store credit. Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate International exchanges at the moment.
What If the Product That Was Delivered to Me is Incorrect or Damaged?
If we accidently delivered an incorrect or damaged product, please call us on +94 773 951 475 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace the item as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
Do You Offer a Warranty on your Products?
Our products are designed to last for many years. If you are however unhappy with the quality of our products or notice any manufacturing defects, you can exchange them at any of our showrooms for store credit, no matter how long you’ve had them.
Can I Customize Your Products?
Since we do our designing and printing in-house, the ways in which you can customize or personalize our products are limitless. This is why we are an ideal choice for corporate logo printed-plates, kids party plates, and other event plates. We also don’t have an MOQ for customizing or personalizing our products, but rates do depend on quantity.
